INTERPLAY AND SOUNDDOGS.COM OFFER INCREDIBLE EFFECTS TO GAME DEVELOPERS

Santa Monica, California - April 9, 2002 -- SOUNDDOGS.COM, Inc. Vice-President of Production, Paul Virostek, 29, announced today that Sounddogs.com has inked a licensing deal with Interplay (NSDQ: IPLY), a leading interactive entertainment game developer. The deal will provide customers with access to thousands of effects by Interplay's exceptional sound design team at Sounddogs.com, the first online royalty-free sound effects and music distributor.

Virostek stated, "As a gamer and sound editor myself, I was thrilled when I listened to the Interplay collection, they have a diverse selection of specific monsters, dramatic magic spells, and action Game effects. Each monster has a distinct and convincing performance that includes fights, roars, and vocals screams. Virostek also announced that the company has signed "Requiem For A Dream" Sound Designer Craig Henighan, noting that the library was, "freshly innovative and unique with naturally processed effects that sound as if they were recorded with a microphone." Henighan also was a creative sonic force on Dungeons and Dragons, and Cube.

Frank Serafine, sound designer on Tron, Star Trek I, Lawnmower Man, and Virtusoity, has released two new sound libraries, The Sci-Fi collection (rated highly be EQ Magazine 04/02) and Comic Sonic, a brilliantly clean and well recorded sound library with ample variety.

Sonic Science, a pristine and very well organized library company from Toronto, Canada, has joined Sounddogs.com as a partner, with their "Blow Tools" library already available online. Blow Tools was recorded and created by Ken Johnson, a leading Hollywood Sound Effects Recordist, whom also can be found on SDC with his own Trak Works recordings. Sonic Science titles also available very soon include The Works, Dynamic Range, and Winter Foley Footsteps, a library that was recorded by a foley artist with real Canadian snow at a room temperature of 42 degrees F.

Point One Sound has unveiled a pure surround sound library in SDC's new Surround Sound channel, a section of the online library dedicated to multi-channel recordings.
