License Information

The "gdme" CDs and Production Music Tracks are sold on a production license basis and includes a lifetime synchronization license. Synchronization is the editing or mixing of a purchased music track with your visuals, voice or sound effects, and give you the right to reprocude your production.

You may use it for: home videos, seminars, educational usage, trade shows, and non-commercial applications.

This license gives you NO PERMISSION to reproduce, copy, sub-license, distribute, re-sell, share, transfer, rent or lease the music compositions to any other business entity or individual.
All musical material contained on all CDs is property of Gerhard Daum Music Edition/ToneWork Records a nd is protected under the Copyright laws of the United Stated of America.

Important:
An additional license may be required for commercial applications such as feature films, television programs, TV/radio-commercials, video games, toys, retail products, DVD/VHS releases.

Use of music in broadcase:
If a music track is used in broadcase application, a cue sheet with song title, composer, publisher and the applicable Performing Rights Society (ASCAP) must be provided to the broadcaster:
Please note that performance fees/royaltries are collected directly from broadcase stations and are not paid by producers/editors etc..
